For most apps, you can provide feedback through the download page:

  1. Go the HockeyApp dashboard
  2. Select the app icon
  3. Select the Feedback tab

Azure Billing

For questions related to your HockeyApp bill from Azure, go to the Azure Portal, and log in with your Azure account. Select 'Help + Support', then create a new support request with an issue type for 'billing'.
